In addition to the ingredients distinguishing its purity, good Chocolate is inextricably tied to quality of the production process, from the cocoa plantation to the table.

Therefore, labels must record all these aspects, guaranteeing full control of food traceability, starting from the raw material, which must also protect biodiversity.

It is also necessary in order to grantee to consumers the transparency of technologies adopted and the methods of trasformations used, which must avoid the use of GMO's and the exploitation of child labour, also guaranteeing equitable payment to Cocoa producers.

Good Chocolate must respect ethics and human dignity.

On the base of a proper development of chocolate there is the sustainable development of those countries producing raw materials and the fair growth of the production chain, up to consumer, last link in a responsible process.

This approach comes from a deep need: today, chocolate must be representative of a modern and democratic globalisation..
